“I spent 11 years learning to draw as a self taught artist. 90% of that time was a frustrating experience. It is my believe it shouldn’t take that long.

I went through all the online tutorials and videos I could get my hands on to learn. Most of them were terrible and confusing. The teacher would ramble on forever and not actually teaching anything.

Or they would mean well but it wouldn’t be a learn to draw course. It would be a watch me draw course.

Now that I finally figured everything out on my own. I am passionate about helping other self taught artists like myself learn to draw.

My favorite thing to draw is manga and anime.

So I started a YouTube channel, called BadGrinArt, to teach people how to draw anime. I aim to be different than other professional artists and actually teach people a simple and impactful way to improve their drawing skill.

My goal is to one day be able to provide online courses and 1 on 1 coaching to anyone that wants to learn to draw and can’t afford art school.”
